For over 60 years they have become a recognized leader in the electrical industry and now have approximately 700 locations nationwide; and, through a uniquely independent business model, has sustained long-term growth. Their Solar Systems Arm specializes in Solar PV and energy storage for residential and commercial markets. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE: The Management Training program is for a National Solar Systems distribution company who is privately held, with almost 50 locations within the US and growing with leaps and bounds. Management Trainees are taught every aspect of the Solar business in order to run a multi-million dollar location upon completion of the training. On-the-job training can last for 1 to 2 years and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, inside sales, project management, inventory management and outside sales. (A Mini MBA Program) Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple classes in the following areas; solar products, sales and management. Classes are held throughout the country and facilitated our Client and its company partners. This training program helps to equip trainees to be future leaders of the Company.
