They are a trusted distributor partner since 1957, their goal is to provide solar industry customers with the tools to design, finance, sell, and install solar PV and energy storage solutions in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
Administrative functions including screening calls, responding to inquiries.
Analyze data to improve operational efficiency
Review customer invoices for accuracy and profitability
Process and reconcile vendor invoices & operational expenses
Assist with monitoring inventory and supply
Manage freight claims and vendor return processes
Actively participate in conversations regarding company performance
Support the Operations Manager with projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience, preferred • Strong attention to detail, proactive and solutions-oriented • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent customer service, eager to learn, positive can-do attitude
Pay: Base Salary and candidates are Eligible for Profit Sharing (can be a large payment) Job Type: 40+ hours, Day Shift 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday Benefits: 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, PTO
