Marketing Professional for a Forbes Top 100 Company

Our Client is looking for a dynamic, creative marketing/brand manager to work within the HR department. You would be working at the largest and most respected wholesale distributors in the U.S. Some of your main duties would be to continue building brand awareness to attract new candidates and employees. Engaging brand followers (social media) Managing the career website (Onboarding of new employees. Overseeing the candidate experience. Developing a campus / veteran / diversity recruiting strategy. Managing recruiting events and corporate sponsored events plus planning and attending Job Fairs at Colleges and Universities in Northern California.)

  • Converting leads into applicants
  • Managing recruiting events and corporate sponsored events
  • Generating employee referrals
  • Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign results
  • Managing recruitment marketing operations and technology
  • Planning and Attending College and University Job Fairs in Northern California
Skills Needed for the Job
  • Working with our outside contract recruiting vendors on exceedingly difficult searches
  • You are a great storyteller and writer, and can create content from blogs to emails to videos yourself as well as enlist internal and external content creators
  • You inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying our reach and influence throughout the candidate journey
  • You practice inbound marketing and SEO, and can get your content found when and where people are searching
  • You develop a deep understanding of your target audience to ensure your messaging hits home
  • You have organized campaigns, programs, and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Required:
  • 4 or 2  year degree in Business Administration , Marketing or Eqivalent working experience.  Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
