The purpose of the Training Program is to develop salespeople for their branches. During the training program you experience all aspects of their distribution fields. This program is challenging, rewarding, and requires a strong commitment from trainees as you work your way through a fast-paced rotation of duties. Phases you will experience are:
Phase 1: Warehouse & Counter and inside sales Training
Phase 2: Customer Service Training
Phase 4: Outside Sales Training
By taking some time with the training program (6 months to 1 year plus depends on how fast you move) and putting candidates through all the sales skills within a branch until they are well prepared to take over a a sales position.
Each trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring on-the-job with by experienced sales people and classroom training, and home-study. Individuals should be initiative-taking, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an enterprising spirit.
Candidates should be driven, sales-oriented, and possess the ability to work on their own and with a team. Great for recent college graduates as well as someone looking to start out in a new industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales Required.

Base Salary plus commission and profit sharing Their salespeople throughout the country are W2 ing up to $300,000 and beyond a year!!!
